Partnership with elderly people

In the beginning of each project development is always a partnership between us as initiator and investor with selected operators of nursery homes, which do have great competence in nursery of elderly people. We use and appreciate the knowledge of our partners as operators even at the acquisition of projects or securing plots, but during the planning and execution as well.

This is the foundation of our investments. In this partnership the group is constructing and planning modern nursery homes, in which elderly people feel home. Besides new constructions, social projects are being developed with conversions or revitalization existing nursery homes.   This is the base we take when we construct and realization of apartments for elderly people. In the foreground are always the needs of the elderly, which have to find comfort in our facilities or apartments.
